Their main function is hypothesized to prevent sweat, water, and other debris from falling down into the eye socket, but they are also important to human communication and facial expression. It is not uncommon for people to modify their eyebrows by means of hair addition, removal and makeup.
Came across this while studying beauty therapy. Imagine if we were made with no hair anywhere on our body. We would lose also an extra sensory to heat and cold. Hair stands when body feels cold. It also slows dehydration when we lose moisture (sweat) by sticking to the hair.
Eyebrows can talk lol. They rise up to say hello, yes and to anything you like. They frown downwards for no and anything you don't like. Hope I've helped 😁

ReplyDeleteI think its funny and cool when someone (like my daughter) can raise one eyebrow. You should take photos of the children trying to raise an eyebrow
ReplyDeleteWow!! Thank you so much! This is fabulous. Will make sure we share this with the children after morning tea :)
ReplyDeleteLook what Laura found out...

Laura looked it up and typed this for you:
Eye brows keep sweat and water away from our eyes.
They show if we are happy sad or mad.
