Blog on Home Screen

A massive thank to Tracy (Isaac H's Mum) who showed me this morning how she has the Blog on her home screen on her phone.  I never even knew this existed but it's so cool!  You do only get the first page of the blog but that's where we do most of our posting for our whanau anyway (there is an option to view the whole blog down the bottom of the page).

It's really simple to do too....

Step one : Go on to the web and type in www.wsaroha2016.blogspot.co.nz.

Step two:  Press the icon that is the square with an arrow pointing upwards.

Step three:  Press the icon that says 'add to home screen'.

Easy peasy and so cool

  1. That's for iPhone users, windows just has a "pin to start" option from our menu, bottom right hand corner.

  2. Although home screen page starts up tapping on the home menu brings up list of your other pages. Your home font can be hard to see being white txt on white menu bar. But that's where I go to check out literacy, maths etc.

  3. Hi Nikki. You are so right. On the Samsung we did it on yesterday we had to press the icon with three dots in the top right hand corner. I have an iphone that's why I put those photos up.
Sorry but I can't do anything about the white on white. Mine doesn't come up like that so I'm wondering if it's just a Windows thing??
