Digi Awards

Our pod has been very hard at work this week creating entries for the Manawatu Digi Awards.

This year we have focused on creating a photo essay, which is a collection of 4-7 photographs that tell a progression of events, or illustrate an emotion or concept. These photo essays must be taken and created by the students themselves. The marking criteria requires good photography, telling a clear and compelling story, and a thought provoking title.

All of our kids worked in teams of three to create some amazing pieces of digital work. However were only able to select three to send through as a part of our schools entries. Well done to everybody who put in a really great effort.

Here are our submitted entries:

Finding Friends
Olivia Gray, Olivia Anderson, Ashleigh Berendt

4 Stages of a Flower
Isabella Ross, Elise Fouhy, Isaac Li

Friendship
Katherine Butts, Daniel Butts, Charlotte Neil
